These Terms cover your use of the Pristinestay website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the site unused.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where due; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Pristinestay or its licensors and is shielded by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
